NEWBERRY — The Midlands S.C. Muscle and Typical Motor vehicle Team held their initially Cruise-In of 2021 at Livingston’s Provider Center, downtown Newberry, on Saturday.

“Wow, it was an incredible day for a cruise in at Livingston’s Assistance Centre in downtown Newberry. Unique thanks to Keith Rankin, operator of Livingston’s Assistance Middle, for internet hosting Saturday’s Cruise-In. They did a fantastic work with doorway prizes and parking,” reported Zeb Reid, president of Midlands S.C. Muscle mass and Classic Car or truck Group. “We had a massive turnout Saturday, there ended up more than 100 basic vehicles, typical vehicles, and muscle mass automobiles. I respect our associates who showed up at and our people who came now. We had been lucky to have folks from Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and one gentleman who drove all the way from New Jersey (a member on our Facebook page).”

All through the Cruise-In, Reid reported Mayor Derek Underwood (Prosperity), Town of Newberry Councilperson Carlton Kinard and Councilperson Jacqueline Holmes and City of Prosperity Councilperson Robert Martin ended up all in attendance.

Reid also thanked Steelhorse Smokehouse and Carter Lake Condition Farm for their help with the Cruise-In.

“Thank you to Steelhorse BBQ for catering the function and obtaining a food stuff truck situated directly driving Livingston’s Assistance Middle. Thank you to Carter Lake, State Farm Insurance, Prosperity, for donating t-shirts for our team associates,” he stated.
