With her favourite animals by her side, a person Burlington athlete is not 1 to mess with.

That’s what will make Chloe Suchomel this week’s FOX6 Large University Sizzling Shot.

“I have absolutely acquired a ton of self confidence from it,” explained Suchomel.

Electric power lifting has transformed Suchomel’s existence.

“Being capable to stroll into a weight home or university or any social location and ‘I can elevate much more than this kid,'” Suchomel claimed. “Or just like get together tricks. Whatsoever. Something like that. I will be, like, you want to arm wrestle? Let’s go. With anyone. Boy or woman. Regardless of what. It’s surely exciting.”

Suchomel is chasing championships in energy lifting.

She is a state winner and completed in second at the 2021 Nationals.

“I truly commenced getting into lifting about two yrs ago, possibly,” stated Suchomel. “Like gentle things. I just required to be much better, and I wanted to that to boost my gymnastics profession. And then it kind of switched about and now focusing from gymnastics onto lifting. I was like, I am really great at this. Why really don’t I give it a try? Then I began competing, and I fell in really like with lifting and electricity lifting.”

Previous calendar year, Suchomel took 2nd in bars at state.
